Nodding atop upright stems, dozens of large flowers boast a showy yellow eye, and a fine dark outline accentuates gently ruffled double petals. Thick evergreen foliage is deeply lobed for beauty throughout the seasons. ‘True Love’ is deer and rabbit resistant, and will be at home in almost any shade or woodland garden. Description

18-24" tall x 18-24” wide. Wedding Party™ ‘True Love’ Hellebore, also commonly called Lenten Rose, is easy to grow and even easier to love. Hellebores in the Wedding Party™ series are vigorous and floriferous, producing a large number of flowers per plant. Blooming over a long season, Hellebores make excellent cut flowers. Try floating individual blooms in a dish of water for a playful centerpiece. Though Hellebores thrive on rich, moist soils, they tolerate a range of planting conditions, including dry planting sites and periods of drought once established. The main requirement is protection from hot afternoon sun. Hellebores are ideal for mass planting and naturalize well in woodland gardens. Keep plants looking their best by trimming back old leaves to the ground in late winter.
