Description
West Country™ Manhattan Lights Lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus x West Country™ 'Manhattan Lights') adds a modern pop to traditional wildflower gardens. Its hybrid parentage includes the native western Lupinus polyphyllus, a similarly cone-shaped lupine with smaller (but just as dazzling) floral displays. Flower stalks on the West Country™ Manhattan Lights Lupine reach up to 3 feet long and grow best in full sun. Its sturdy, upright growth pattern prefers moist soil and requires good drainage to stay healthy. Best of all, these Lupines last all season long—at least 6 to 8 weeks—and continue to bloom even after the weather begins to cool.
