"These seeds sprouted within a few days, then our weather turned cooler again and they’ve been slow growing, but healthy"

Last Winter Sowing Yielded Very Little Blooms

"We've ordered bachelor buttons through this company for several years with lots of success. However, last year we ordered several pounds of them and winter sowed buttons (as we do every year) and we didn't get many blooms at all. Entire rows were blank. We were really disappointed, because we depend on early spring flowers for our business. We've reordered new seeds in hopes last year's was just a bad batch. To be continued. ."

Not one germinated

"I planted these in pots, direct so in soil that I worked and amended, in multiple place all over the yard. Not one single seed germinated and I have been planting and growing flowers and vegetables for 25 years. The other packets of seeds I purchased from this company were old as well I believe because very few of them germinated either. I will never order from this company again. Waste of money and time."

I haven't seen a single Bachelor Button!

"I have been a relatively long time customer and am so disappointed in receiving grass seed instead of Bachelor Buttons. My Cosmos seeds too, were mainly grass seeds. . . . I could cry, as I spent a lot of money with American Meadows. Joyce"

Lovely

"Bachelor buttons were gorgeous colors, and really great well. A few poopies came up too, which were a perfect contrast. Funny because whenever 3 have tried to grow them from seed, they never grew. Will definitely get this mix again."

Surprisingly succesful!

"My husband purchased these seeds for me as a gift. The evening of the afternoon I planted them, we had unexpected torrential rains and I assumed all my lovely seeds had washed away. To my great surprise and delight, I have wide rows of flowers in spite of the rain. . area is. not quite as straight as originally planted, but there and thriving! I have enjoyed a beautiful display all summer and the beautiful mixture brings a smile to my face every time I walk past the garden! Couldn't be more pleased!"

American Meadows never disappoints

"We planted our entire backyard in flowers that pollinators love. Bachelor's buttons were at the top of the list. The seeds we buy at American Meadows are the highest quality we have ever found. They germinate quickly and produce a FLOOD of flowers."

Great for pollinator garden

"I have planted these for the last three years at our cabin in the NC Smokies. I just throw them down the hillside after the first couple of hard frosts and ignore them. I have been amazed at how well they germinate. I have a hillside of pinks, blues and white bachelor buttons. The honeybees love them. And this morning I had six golden finches and two bluebirds breakfasting on the seeds!"
