Blue Eyed Grass is a perennial wildflower that prefers full sun but will withstand partial shade. The blooms open up with sunlight and close once the sun sets. Some soil types may produce white blooms.

"Since American Meadows' seed packets do not include plant-specific germination instructions (and I was too lazy to look some up), I have had trouble germinating these seeds. However, I did some searching and discovered that they germinate best when pressed into the soil and barely covered, and kept at 70-75 degrees. Most of the other seeds I bought from AM germinated fine (the other two that didn't are apparently also finicky germinators), so I'm sure these seeds will also do well once I stop mistreating them."
