Our Carefree Ornamental Grass Pre-Planned Garden includes expertly selected perennial grasses that complement one another beautifully throughout the entire year. With shifting colors, gorgeous plumes, and varying heights and textures, this garden is a low-maintenance landscaper's dream come true. Best of all, ornamental grasses provide important habitat for songbirds and other wildlife.

As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. "I chose these plants because a) they require minimum care, just watering b) they flourish in minimal sunlight c) I wanted native plants in my garden. Planting and care directions were clear. By mid-summer all the plants were large and healthy, especially the spectacular tall grasses. Every time I walk past these plants I smile. I will definitely place another order for this product next year."
"I am conflicted about my purchase. Of the 15 plants, 14 are very healthy, with 1 liriope looking rather sickly at arrival. However, the plants I was most excited about (3 blue fescue, 1 little bluestem) were substituted with completely different grass that is very visually different (neon yellow, not pale blue) and frankly, hideous to me. Add to this the fact that my plants shipped multiple weeks after the planned date, and I'm having a hard time justifying this purchase. The plants are very healthy and seem to be doing well, but I cannot suggest this product if you care about receiving specific plants at a specific time."
