How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
Common Vetch is often planted as a cover crop, to loosen the soil and add nitrogen. It is also a staple for cattle, horse and rabbit feed. It requires full sun but will tolerate most soil types.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. "Delighted!"
"I hope it does what the person who said he could not get rid of it and that is why he gave 1 star. I am buying for that reason. If it kills everything including grass burrs that I have done so many things to get rid of it, I will give 5 stars because I will buy guineas to eat it down but I will be much happier with this and be able to walk around barefoot and have grass to stop erosion and look ok. I will put a second post in the fall to see if it works or is working. I say pick the right grass for the right space."
