Red Spider Lily, also known as Lycoris radiate, is a late-summer bloomer that thrives in zones 5-10. It is deer resistant and fragrant, making it a must have in the garden and cut for unique summer bouquets.

Great flower
"The spider lily is a great flower for someone that does not like to water. It seems to grow best in shaded areas or sunny areas, but for the best color I recommend shaded areas. Since this flower is invasive, best to plant in pots. Every other flower in my yard is dying due to lack of rain, however this flower seems to grow no matter what. The not so great thing about this flower is the fact that it spreads, so if you plant around house it is not guaranteed it will grow there next year."
