Our exclusive Hummingbird Nectar Wildflower Seed mix features 16 easy-to-grow wildflowers that hummingbirds love, including the brightly colored and tubular blooms that are most attractive for hummingbirds. You can grow this mix to provide a long-lasting source of nectar for highly-active hummingbirds right in your yard. Did you know that hummingbirds have the furthest migration distance of any bird, in proportion to their body size? Hummingbirds will visit over 1000 flowers each day – and these nectar-rich wildflowers will help fuel their flight. (This mix was formerly called the Hummingbird & Butterfly Wildflower Seed Mix.)
This mix includes annual and perennial wildflowers. Annuals have a one-year lifecycle and bloom in the first season. Perennials return year after year, and typically start to bloom in the second or third season. See mix details below.

"Not bad. . . but I am now seeing that quite a few customers have had the same issue we did. . . mostly crimson clover, a few cosmos and not much else. Sad, really. . . I could have gone about this a different way. When reaching out to the company with my concern, I was told that there is no way that we get mostly clover - because the process is strictly regulated, and yet, I have mostly clover. Virtually nothing else has come up and it's been a few months. I love what we do have, but sadly, this is not the first thing that has been this way with this company. I may not purchase from again."
"Love the different kinds of plant seeds"
"Good product ordered before loved the flowers"
"Seeds started germinating in a few days which was really great. But what I got after 3. 5 months was lots of baby's breath, crimson clover and Cosmos. Virtually all of the other plants listed in the seed pack never appeared as seedlings or anything. If I wanted a garden of Cosmos I would have bought a seed pack of Cosmos. The company needs to be more clear about % of seeds of each type in the pack."
"I planted these in the fall and they started growing. They lived threw the winter during subzero weather. In the spring they started growing and have lasted threw the hot months. The pods have lots of seeds so I'm expecting a bumper garden next year"
"Unfortunately, not any of this packet grew. I have several hummingbirds and have to feed them via the liquid mix and thought this would help to give them more."
"This mix sure had a lot of cosmos and crimson clover, but not much else. I had to pull up a lot of the clover because it was basically creating a carpet, which stunted the growth of most of the other plants in this mix. I had 3 total blooms of black eyed Susan, a few aster, and 4 scarlet sage. Pretty disappointed in this mix, as it did not attract hummingbirds or butterflies. There was a constant stream of bees though, so I guess my plantings helped nature some how."
"I have tried bulbs and seeds before, I have tried growing from seeds before and was not successful. This time, I want to convert some lawn to a pollinator friendly meadow. I was not hoping much, I removed some grass and put some top soil. Then just threw these seeds and lightly raked them in. They grew better than I expected. I am ordering more for fall seeding. My favorite thing to do is to admire and water them when I get home from work. if you plant them closer to the trees you will not need too much water. Also, a bit of compost and some fertilizer help blooming. Water during the germination time to get them established. Also, I noticed there are no weeds growing in the area where I planted them."
"Cleared the weeds and spread by hand. Plants are growing in the dirt in the ditch like area in front of the house, the shell-ridden poor soil on the side of the house and absolutely exploded in the cracks between the bricks in the front patio as I hoped."
"Used it to seed a large septic drain field. Unfortunately, it appears there was a LOT of ragweed in the seed and the ragweed took over pretty much the whole area. I wouldn't get this again."
