ZONES  5-9 | Good to grow! Zone

Sahara Black-Eyed Susan brings elegant, antique hues to a long-time garden favorite. Large, mostly double flowers bloom dusty rose, copper, amber, and russet against a dark chocolate eye for soft color and loads of texture. Blooming midsummer through fall, collect handfuls for showy autumn bouquets. Velvety blooms attract a diversity of wildlife, from pollinators to songbirds. Grow as a perennial in zones 9-10, it’s a self-seeding annual in cooler zones. (Rudbeckia hirta)

Gorgeous!

"These took a while to get going but they have since grown way up and blossomed to lovely effect. Recommend!"

Absolutely Loving These!

"Within about 2 months of planting in the ground (it arrived as a small potted plant), I had gorgeous blooms! I ordered two, one of which is blooming already and the other which is about to bloom any day now. They're both healthy, very green and full, plants. I wanted black eyed Susans to attract pollinators, but I'm also an avid photographer and the traditional bright yellow is so difficult to photograph, so these are perfect! Though I will say that mine look a bit different than the description's photo."

Different color flowers on the same plant!

"I love this plant. I think I may want to add more to my garden. Right now, it has its first 5 blooms, and they're each a different beautiful color! It's such a joy."
