'Walker's Low' Catmint is known for its easy going nature - it can thrive in a variety of soil and sunlight scenarios, though it does prefer things on the sunny, dry side. Beautiful purple flower spikes appear in early summer and continue to bloom and release their sweet fragrance for up to 3 months. Very showy and very low maintenance, 'Walker's Low' is a great choice for planting in swaths, lining walkways, or adding to pollinator gardens. Deer resistant. (Nepeta faassenii)

Did not survive

"I think I got these too late in the season and they were teeny tiny plants. Planted in front of the house by the steps, struggled to survive. It was hard to distinguish them from weeds being so tiny and scraggly and they eventually succumbed."

Will not buy again

"I ordered over 23 plants and most came crushed, dry or out of the container. The 3 dry roots never grew. I sent pictures to American Meadow and they said plant them. About 4 plants came up and the rest died. Now I am 4 weeks behind and will not have the gardens I want. I garden to honor my deceased wife, so I am not the best but expected the plants to come healthy and not crushed."

Nice looking plant & well rooted.

"Beautiful plant! I would buy this again from American Meadows. I kept it potted for weeks before planting and kept it outside. It came with healthy looking green growth, and it was nicely rooted in the pot. Planted it a week ago, and it's still looking very nice. Thank you!"

Superior plants

"I have ordered from several online perennial plant sources. These (nepeta, echinacea, salvia, rudbeckia and sage) are the best plants I have ever received. They were healthy right out of the box and had really well developed root systems. They have been in the ground about two weeks and have doubled in size with a lot of new growth. So pleased! With such a great selection, I will definitely order again."

Very spindly. Not starting out well

"Trying to incorporate in an existing garden bed. Plants came if well shipped but very spindly and not thriving yet"

Very satisfied

"Plants arrived in excellent condition and seem to be thriving."

Sace (5/5)

They grow nicely in the sun but don't bloom well. Why?

"Poor blooming even though they are in full sun. Lots of foliage growth though."

Love

"Arrived somewhat small but just 6 months later and it's huge. Pollinators are loving it."

Lindsey (5/5)

To say this plant is fast growing is an understatement!

"Planted in a trouble area of my yard, where I can't get grass to grow and erosion is an issue. They have grown so quickly and are flowering after 6 weeks. I could smell them from several yards away. So happy I purchased these!"

Cindy L. (5/5)

Started healthy and now are huge and beautiful blooming.

"Worth it!"
