Purple Beauty Creeping Phlox - 3" Pot

"Seems to be dping well. Kind of a slow grower"

Growing and flowering at 9100 feet - that is a success !

"Not everything grows up here in the Rocky Mountains, but this delicate looking plant survived our harsh winter (- 26 F for many days this winter. And now the plant is blossoming, after surviving covered unde Remay. Looking forward to it to spread out."

Regrets

"Plants arrived damaged and half dead. I was told by this company to plant them because the roots were viable. No refund. I did plant them, plants are still dead, they are not thriving and coming back to life. I wish I hadn't wasted my money."

Phlox has established itself and is thriving

"Planted the creeping Phlox at the top of a slope on the outside of my picket fence. It is planted on either side of the front gate and defines the entry. My hope is it will spread down the bank. The greenery is a nice deep color and hardy looking and it is on its second flowering."

Love creeping phlox

"I love creeping phlox especially the purple beauty and scarlet. I bought a very large number of both and only 5 died. They are great on slopes and in boarders and they are evergreen!"

Shade in the South

"Houston and other hot humid climates will do well to plant this lovely in the bright shade. I purchased two idividual plants about two years ago, one in the full sun, one in bright shade. the full sun plant only spread to about half the size of the one planted in the bright shade. They both get coffee grounds at semi regular intervals, so treatment is the same. May be great for full sun in the north, but Houston / Zone 9 and up would probably be better in that shade-sun edge zone."
