How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
Everyone Loves Veronicas. In perennial borders, they have always added great vertical interest with elegant spires of color. They bloom for a long time, and are a snap to grow. In addition, many of the species are native American wildflowers, making the hybrids at home in all our gardens. (Many call them by their other common name, Speedwell.)
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. See our shipping information page for approximate ship dates and more detailed information. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at (802) 227-7200 or contact us by email or chat.

"Planted in front of a flower bed in an afternoon, full sun garden bed. It quickly grew and expanded to a width of 15 inches. This is the first year. Never produced blooms, perhaps next year."
"Was a little weak at planting but looks ok after a week in the ground."
"My plants unfortunately never got any taller than an inch. The greenery is fine, just no height and no flowers this year. I am hopeful that it will produce next summer."
"Haven't grown more than an inch but at least still alive. Hoping they'll make it through winter and be better next season. The rest of my garden did beautifully this year but these Veronicas are such a disappointment."
"You need to ask your shipping department why they would send a dead plant to a customer. Mine arrived completely dead-see photos, It lacked soil, it was very small and the pot was cracked. I am really disappointed in American Meadows."
"I was just thinking about purchasing another Red Fox Veronica plant, since the one I purchased last year grew so well. It looks fabulous on my boarder. Three times the size of the original plant."
