Fragrant Favorite - Love these sweet lilies.

"I've grown the Casa Blanca for years, it's a favorite of mine. The sweet scent is such a welcome treat and fills the house with its beautiful fragrance when cut. The blooms stay for a good while in the garden beds, as well as when cut in a vase. I do get the red lily beetles every year, but as long as I'm on it early these do well still despite the beetles. I go out early and check for any sign of the red beetles, then knock any I see into soapy water. I do this a couple of times a day once I've seen any sign of their return. Seems to do the trick if I start early enough in the season to disrupt their lifecycle. The Casa Blanca's seem to be less affected than some of the other lilies I grow. Another tip, if you cut the anthers off the stamens (where the pollen is) this helps for anyone with allergies. As a bonus, no pollen staining on your pristine white flowers either. These are a favorite and light up my midsummer garden, especially at night went the moon is out. I've got a moonlight garden and these are a big highlight every year. They come back reliably every new year, so easy! I always forget to take good pictures of these, because they are such a delight for all the other senses."

Excited to See What This Does

"The Casa Blanca Oriental Lily bulbs came in great condition; healthy, very large, with many roots on each bulb. These have been planted in large planter boxes and it's been 5 days; but they seem to be doing well and growing. Will definitely have to update this Review once these have fully grown and bloomed."

Our Casa Blanca has not yet bloom but pink flowers bloomed.

"Our white Casablanca has not yet bloomed but pink has and they are beautiful. Out of all the bulbs in the package only 4 of them were healthy and blooming rest did not bloom."

Striking, very fragrant lily

"Wonderful, fragrant lily addition to my semi-shaded lily garden. Grows on sturdy stems that did not require staking. Great for cut flowers."

GORGEOUS Casa Blanca's!!!

"Casa Blanca's became my favorite flower from the first moment I bought one at the store & brought it home. The flowers are HUGE, beautiful and SO FRAGRANT. I have only ONE flower I cut & brought into the house at the moment, and the ENTIRE house is filled with this wonderful fragrance. Despite having allergies, I don't mind taking an anti-histamine after long-term smelling this fragrant flower. I'll put up with a few sneezes to be able to enjoy this flower adorning my dining room table. Mine got a late start getting planted near late Spring this year and they are now here in August starting to bud and bloom. Due to late start via landscaper's busy schedule & late planting, some of the stems aren't real tall, but one that grew a couple inches managed to do ONE BIG FLOWER regardless!! The others are nice & tall with a couple of buds almost ready to flower. I have another pot next to this one with Stargazers in it and it, too, is growing better than expected. I'm wondering if these bulbs will make babies so I can have even more next year!! I WANT MORE OF THEM!!!"

I would buy this plant again

"All plants grew and bloomed. They need staking as they are tall and the flowers are big. The flower is very pretty"

Yes

"They were beautiful. I wish the blooms could last longer. I had to stake them when they bloomed."

Quite stunning and among our favorite lilies!

"We collect hundreds of lilies/tulips/iris etc. These are as stunning as any in our gardens, and quite unusual."

Casa Blanca Lily

"I had no problem planting the blubs. They started sprouting but at about 2" tall my pet broke the tips. Will they continue to grow?"
