Reviews

"Fast delivery. The seeds I ordered last year did well so I'm sure these will too."

Cosmos are just so easy to grow!

"This is my fifth year growing wildflowers. It's easy and the results are phenomenal. As a result, I spend less money each season at the local nursery."

I love these and they never fail to make a beautiful cut flo

"Beautiful and have made the best cut flowers. But I don't knowhat to do with them now. I know they'll return next spring!!"

Wendy (5/5)

I buy sulpher cosmos from American Meadows every year.

"I live on a golf course and everyone loves my pumpkin patch and cosmos flowers! I bought all seeds from American Meadows as I do every year - consistently successful. 🎃🌱"

Dee (5/5)

Beautiful Color!

"I planted these along a south-facing fence line and was blown away by the production of blooms and intense orange color that lasted well into the fall. Resist the urge to use more seed than you need - I stressed about about how sparsely I'd planted these but by mid-summer they had filled in beautifully. Two years ago I definitely planted too densely, and the flowers were not nearly as productive!"

JL (5/5)

Slow growing; no flowers

"Good germination but very slow growth is these seeds; very few of 1000 flowers seeds germinated. After 8 weeks still no flowers."

I have actually bought Sulphur Cosmos several times!

"Sulphur Cosmos are easy to sow in less productive places. Here in NE Missouri, mine have always sprouted and done very well. I love their bright orange colors. They do well in our hot humid summers, with just a little extra watering, if needed."

Sherry (5/5)

Very bright and showy.

"The sulphur cosmos performed beautifully this year and continue to bloom and it's almost November. The pollinators love them and they are really bright colored and put on a wonderful display. Great germination rate and very hardy plants."

Winston (5/5)

Easy to grow and provide lots of color

"I've planted the sulphur cosmos for a few years now. They don't seem to reseed as reliable as Cosmos bipinnatus so it's best to buy new seed every year. The dwarf varieties seem to bloom the longest from American Meadows. These provide great color and the pollinators love them. Unfortunately the deer do enjoy snacking on them before they bloom as well, but that is not the fault of American Meadows. The seed is great with a high germination rate. This is a very easy plant to grow."
