The Wild Rose Red Lily of Japan is covered with dangling, down-facing blossoms in shades of magenta and white. The flowers of this ancestral species plant are 6" across and exceptionally fragrant. As the beautiful wild parent of many lavish Oriental Lily hybrids, Wild Rose Red blooms on the late side of summer. (Lilium)

No, i was sent something completely different

"I ordered the white with pink speckles wild red rose of Japan, again I was sent something completely different, it looks like the stargazer colors of lillies, all pink with a little bit of white outline"

Beautiful Lily

"I put these lilies in with my tiger lilies not knowing what to expect. The great thing about them is that they bloomed after the tiger lilies were finished. There were only a couple of blooms on each plant. I have transplanted them in a different location for next year and hope there will be more blooms"

"given the nature of lilies hoping it does better next year because of the late planting this year. . ."

Marquito (3/5)

Very pretty flower.

"I planted this lily in May 2012 and 4 months later I found my first bloom. I'm not really sure why the plant won't stand up though."

Rose Red Lily of Japan

"The bulbs arrived in great condition and I planted them in my garden in a couple of days. This lily is blooming now in September for the first time, which is right with the plant to bloom time on your site. It is gorgeous and exactly what I expected."
