Description
Our Brilliant Burst Dinner Plate Dahlia Collection includes 7 color-loaded Dahlias, in 3 of our favorite varieties. Dinner plate and decorative dahlias grow to a height of about 4 feet, and will spread between 1 and 2 feet wide. With plants producing loads of blooms from 4 inches wide up to 10 inches wide, you'll want to slip a stake into the ground at planting time, to give your dahlias some extra support as they grow and flower (staking after they've developed their extensive foliage can be tricky). Shipping
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. Yes I would order from American Meadows again.
"I ordered dahlia plants for my son as a Christmas gift. He lives in another city and I was slightly concerned about this wiring out as they should. This company know what they are doing and next time I will not worry at all. Initially they said the bulbs would be shipped to my son's address at the appropriate time to plant them in his area. There a course le of communications. Each time one was sent one came me and my son got the same information. Eventually the bulbs arrived when originally scheduled. My son planted them. I have not seen them in person. My son told me they grew and bloomed beautifully. He did send a couple of pictures and they did look big and colorful. I only gave one suggestion. I seems it would be simple to print a flower filled card and add the item, the recipient and the giver. Thanks so much the service you provided. God bless all you bloomers."
