Description

18-24" tall x 18-24" wide. Intense Orange Echinacea (Coneflower) is the most floriferous member to date of the Kismet™Series and colors the garden from early summer until frost with long-lasting pumpkin orange blooms that hold their color for weeks. The compact habit and upright form typical of the Kismet™Series makes Intense Orange Echinacea an excellent addition to the front of the border. No butterfly garden would be complete without a mix of coneflowers. The showy blooms also attract a diversity of pollinators and other beneficial insects, while ripening cones invite goldfinches to feast on the maturing seeds. Allow seed heads to stand in autumn and watch these golden jewels flock to your garden. Seed heads glimmer in winter with a dusting of snow. Echinacea are cold hardy and heat tolerant, native to much of the eastern United States into Canada.
