This collection of perennials is cold hardy to zone 5 and warmer. Sensational! Lavender, Neon Sedum and Bluebeard will host a buzzing array of pollinators amongst soft touches of blue and purple flowers accompanied by the charming magenta red double blooms of Felix Crousse peony.
