Lots of black eyed Susans

"I planted these seeds about 1 1/2 years ago. Last summer I had many black eyed Susan's and this summer I have even more! But I don't have any purple cone flowers, not even one. I love the bright colorful black eyed Susan's but I'm disappointed that no cone flowers have emerged. Also, the deer love to eat my black eyed Susan's so it's a constant battle. I have used a lot of Liquid Fence. I even bought a fake coyote which helped for a little while until the deer figured it out."

I bought this 2 years ago

"Black Eyed Susan came up great, but purple coneflowers didn't bloom."

1 Flower Bloomed

"I had high hopes for this Black Eyed Susan & Purple Coneflower Seed Combo, but the results were far from what I expected. Despite sowing many seeds, I ended up with just a single flower blooming in my garden. Talk about underwhelming! I was looking forward to a vibrant display of yellow and purple flowers, but instead, I got a garden that looks almost as bare as it did before planting. The lone flower that did show up looks rather sad and out of place all by itself."

Best perrenials combo!

"We planted in the village wildflower meadows. 1st season blooms! Usually takes a couple of years to get the blooms but these seeds too off! #sweepstakes"

Good Combo

"The two flowers grew well and look very good together, however the Black Eyed Susan grew much quicker and eventually took over completely toward the end of summer. I did mix the seeds together before spreading so they had to compete with each other, probably best planted near but separate from each other to give the coneflower a better chance."

Great mix

"This is a fantastic mix for our area. Fool proof. Came up great despite failure of other mixes. The deer don't like them."
