"Whenicould find the flowers they were beautiful BUT the mix contained mostly prairie grass that over took the flowers! I prepped the area by covering with black plastic over the winter to kill all vegetation then in the spring did not till but covered area with about 5inches compost then spread the seeds. I used the compost in raised beds with no grass problem so I have to believe the prairie grass seed was overwhelming in the wildflower mix!"
