Long-lived Blooms for Late Spring Interest
"I'm accustomed to larger alliums so these smaller plants are a treat. Ping Pong perfectly describes the size of these blooms, which provide great late-spring pops of white amongst the dark green, yet-to-bloom perennials. The first blooms appeared at the beginning of June and they continue to hang on three weeks later. At 12 inches, the plants are smaller than listed on the card, but that may have more to do with the very late planting date (December 23rd) than the plant itself. I'll be interested in seeing how large they come back next year. Check back for updates!"
