"I was looking forward to adding these to my pollinator garden area but unfortunately only 1 has survived. I am not a novice gardener so don't feel like I did anything wrong, they were just too small to be shipped."
"bought this to fill in some bare spots in a larger garden kit that I bought. The gumball bee balm is so worth it! the color and size is great. usually bee balm is really tall and I have quite a bit that falls over. this one is really nice and compact"
"I was looking forward to seeing this come up this year. However, I was so disappointed because nothing grew."
"I planted the salvia and monarda in grow bags and the milkweed in a plastic pot and left them on my deck all summer. All 3 bloomed the first season. The bees loved the salvia and the hummers especially liked the monarda. I'm winterizing the pots and looking forward to more blooms next season!!"
"So far so good. Too soon to tell."
Our Mini Pollinator Pit Stop Plant Collection features compact plant varieties that are ideally suited to small-spaces and container gardens. For gardeners without space for a meadow or a large pollinator garden, these three perennial beauties will enthrall you with their colorful blooms, and you can feel good knowing you’re helping to keep our pollinators healthy.
Butterfly Weed is a North American native plant that feeds a wide range of pollinators with blooms throughout the summer. Butterfly Weed is also one of the main host plants for Monarch Butterfly caterpillars. Salvia will be a-buzz with activity as soon as the long-lasting flowers bloom, from early to late summer. Bee Balm features fragrant and vibrant purple flowers that seem to burst from the buds like fireworks, blooming from mid-summer to late fall. These three plants are long-lived and deer resistant for worry-free gardening.
