"I'm so impressed with the Samba Pastel Begonia Mix! It produced stunning pastel pink and yellow blooms that are absolutely captivating. I live in an area with lots of deer, but they didn't touch these plants at all, which is a huge relief. I planted all three bulbs in a fairly tight container, and while that may have stunted their growth a bit and caused the plants to flop over once they bloomed. But that's my fault. . . sometimes you've got to work with what you've got! I also should have used a deeper pot—lesson learned for next time. As of now, I've only seen blooms from one of the plants, but the other two are looking quite healthy and may still produce. In addition to being in a tight space, these plants actually survived an 8-hour move in a U-Haul in the middle of the summer. I wasn't sure how they'd fair, especially since some of my other plants didn't make it, so I'm thrilled that they are alive and well! All in all, I'm very happy with the Samba Pastel Begonia Mix and can't wait to see what the other two plants do. I'll definitely be buying more next season!"
"Grew these in hanging baskets for my shade front porch. Large beautiful blooms and wonderful foliage. . . will move them inside for the winter as houseplants as they are not hardy in my COLD zone 4 area. :("
"I planted the samba pastel mix in a variety of pots, alone and with elephant ears for an outdoor sitting area in partial shade and have been pleased with the foliage vigor and now I'm also so happy with the giant first bloom! Looking forward to what colors come from the other two bulbs and to coaxing them thru the winter indoors as houseplants."
"I planted them last year, and all 3 sprouted, but one didn't bloom at all. The two that bloomed - I only got 3 or 4 flowers the whole season, and the flower only had few petals, nothing gorgeous like what the picture showed. I was hoping they will come back this year so I can get a picture, however they didn't come back this year."
"I planted these and to my dismay they did not produce - the flowers are small - nothing like the pictures"
