As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. "I purchased an English garden for the front on my house and all came in. I planted this 22 plant vibrant garden, which 3 or plants every came up."
"Sadly only about 1/4 of this garden bloomed. This is not my first order, other pre planned did great in other areas of the garden. This one just didn't like the front yard apparently."
"Placed the order in June 2020. When I finally received the shipment in Sep 2020, was a bit underwhelmed I have to admit. Planted everything per instructions within a day. It is a third of the way into Spring now (May 2021) - 6 out of the total 23 plants that I received does not seem like it survived the Chicago winter. The good news though is that I have at least 1 plant from each species survived. Called customer service today. The rep was very friendly and asked me to call in 4 weeks time. Lets see if anything changes out in the garden."
"Love how it does all the work for you with a garden mapped out already and variety of colors and heights for the shady space. My only area of concern were the bare roots shipped in bags which I haven't done before and wished there was a little more instruction to give me a confidence boost, but I'm hoping it'll be just fine after a youtube video search. They all arrived healthy and well packaged though significantly cut back (as described). With the bare roots bags of 3, there was only 1 plant marker in it and so the other 2 roots planted have no marker - not a fan of that since they are otherwise looking similar to dead grass/weeds and hard to discern without a tag. Otherwise I'm a huge fan. Fingers crossed I'll have a success story!"
