‘South of the Border’ Zinnia Mix is a bright, bold mix of yellow, red, and bicolor flowers. As the name hints, these flowers originated in warm, sunny Mexico, and are native to the Southwestern US as well. Count on Zinnias to attract butterflies and beneficial pollinators from summer right up until frost and provide plenty of excellent cut flowers. Zinnias are easy to grow and deer resistant. All of the seed we carry at American Meadows is non-GMO, neonicotinoid-free and guaranteed to grow. Annual.

Very easy to grow

"I try to plant some flowers every year- this zinnia mix worked great. I am also located in central Florida, would 10/10 reccomend"

Hooray!

"Bought these for an unsightly area in the back of my daughters' yard. It is a steep hill that ends in a Private road. This area is not cared for at all by the owners (a business). It's nothing but weeds (annuals, mostly). In the spring we threw these seeds from the road, down the hill. OMG. This turned into a BEAUTIFUL display. Loved by everyone. . . including the birds and bees. Hoping to buy this mix next year!"

"This variety is one of my favorites!"

Pretty, but wrong mix

"These didn't start blooming until late July, but they bloomed through early October. They were 3 to 4. 5 feet tall. Very strong, constant bloomers and able to take full sun without much water. Good flowers for cutting for a vase. The one negative? I am pretty sure my bag was actually the Lava Lamp mix, and not correctly labelled. They bloomed in solid red, orange, or yellow. There were no bicolors at all. I would buy these or other zinnias again. Easy to grow and beautiful."

Zinnas six feet high.

"These Zinnas are like a fiesta of color. Many of them grew to be over six feet tall with a long bloom period. We've had a couple of nights of frost already, but I'm still able to cut a bouquet for the house. I'll definitely plant these again because they are a real hearty plant."

BEAUTIFUL SHOWSTOPPERS!!

"I planted these seeds this Spring along with some leftover envy zinnia seeds and WOW. . . . no disappointment here folks!! Love the bright colors and these flowers are a wonderful butterfly and bee attracter! I have seen birds fly out of these when I have started watering these on a hot day, so they even offer shade and comfort to other wild creatures out there."

Should have noticed that these were for Southwestern US.

"I will pay more attention to detail and location."
