Bring your garden to life with a brilliant crescendo of fall color and pollinator delight. Our Native Aster Seed Packet Set features five beloved wildflower species: Symphyotrichum ericoides, Symphyotrichum oblongifolium, Symphyotrichum prenanthoides, Symphyotrichum oolentangiense, and Eurybia macrophylla, each one a star in its own right. These late-season bloomers light up the landscape just as summer’s show is winding down, offering vital nectar to migrating monarchs, sleepy bees, and all the winged wanderers preparing for winter’s rest. Planting asters is like keeping the lights on for pollinators, an open invitation to linger just a little longer.
Each variety brings a unique flair to the party. Aromatic Aster’s violet-blue blossoms are a magnet for butterflies, while Heath Aster’s tiny blooms create a cloud of soft white charm. Smooth Aster stands tall and elegant, while Sky Blue Aster adds a touch of woodland whimsy with arching stems and lilac blooms. Bigleaf Aster fills forest edges with heart-shaped foliage and starry flowers.
These asters are as tough as they are beautiful. Native to North America and adapted to a range of conditions, they’re easy to grow, and require little care once established. With their deep roots and rich histories, asters support ecosystem health, extend the pollinator season, and help rewild your space, whether you're sowing a small garden bed or nurturing a full-blown meadow masterpiece.
