This is a fabulous early blooming, long lasting tulip.

"Big, fabulous display in pots. Full blooms on high stems. Long lasting which means other two pots of late blooming tulips are just now beginning to flower. I would recommend an alternate color for contrast. I put 12 bulbs in a 13" high and 13" wide pot. around 5" deep. Two bulbs were smaller blooms which didn't matter in the display. Interestingly, even with a paint brush I cannot detect stamens. As such, due to hybridization, I suspect that the 2nd year will not be as vibrant. I will store and plant in another pot but I will buy more they are that beautiful."

wonderful tulip

"I would like to tell you these are awful flowers so that I could have them all to myself, but I can not as they are absolutely beautiful tulips. One was especially large and I photographed it almost every day just to enjoy it later. The others bloomed smaller but still beautiful. The large one lasted the longest but all were long lasting."

I would like to fill my yard with these tulips

"Absolutely gorgeous flowers. The blooms lasted several weeks keeping their color the entire time. Most were a multi hued bloom."

Unusual looking tulip that is very beautiful

"This is a beautiful tulip that is substantial in the petals and interior and very unusual looking. I can't remember about the scent now. The only thing I would say was a negative is that the flower head is so substantial and tall, that after one heavy rain, many never were upright again although the flower continued to last a long time after that. Also a comment about American Meadows. The company is excellent at communication, letting you know when shipments are coming, the bulbs are in good condition and large and they give you lots of plant tags with orders."

"The yellow tulips are bright and happy! I really like the green hues that run along the outside of this beauty."

adorable double tulips.

"they are absolutely wonderful in the garden and also as cut flowers. Long lasting. easy to grow. carried cut flowers by taking a train+15min walk, and nothing fell apart. I plan to get more for next year! can't wait."

A success!

"Planted these in pots with some daffodils and they made a beautiful display. They actually bloomed while the daffodils were budding. Beautiful double yellow blooms with just a hint of red. I'm buying more for the fall!"
