Perfect for hell strip garden

"This was our first summer in a new home in Maine and I knew I wanted to rip up the hell strip (small strip of ratty grass between the sidewalk and road) and replace it with some flowers but I wasn't sure quite how to go about it. The soil is poor. It's rocky, salty and generally neglected so I didn't have particularly high hopes so I was absolutely delighted to find this seed mix. It was fairly inexpensive and had an amazing impact. Once everything started to come in I had continuous blooms from late June until I finally had to mow it all down in November. My only complaint is that the cosmos were incredibly late and didn't even stay blooming until late October."
