Bright, zesty and impossible to ignore, SunSparkler® Lime Zinger Sedum is a little garden party in a plant. Its rounded, apple-green leaves are crisply edged in cherry red, holding their color throughout the season. From late summer into fall, the low mat is covered in clusters of hot pink flowers that last for weeks without flopping or fading.
Lime Zinger grows into a tight, weed-suppressing mat that thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and it is drought resistant once established. Use it at the front of the perennial border, as a mass-planted groundcover, or trailing from containers. The flowers are a pollinator magnet for bees and butterflies, they are excellent for cutting, and deer tend to pass it by.
