Our Pollinator Cover Crop Seed Mix features a varied mix of easy-to-grow legumes, including Clover, Alfalfa, Vetch, and Sainfoin. Small white, pink, purple, and gold flowers attract and nourish pollinators. Hardworking legumes suppress weeds, fix nutrients into the soil, improve soil condition, and prevent erosion. This is an excellent choice for groundcover and covercrops, as well as lawn replacement, or adding to a wildflower meadow. All of the seed we carry at American Meadows is non-GMO, neonicotinoid-free and guaranteed to grow.

I will buy this producty for next year. AM has great product

"8' flower rings. Looked and grew great"

Na (5/5)

Nice and healthy in poor clay soil

"I scattered this mix two years ago in heavy clay soil in central New Mexico. There was a severe drought at the time and we didn't water, so I forgot about it until last fall, when some clover plants started coming up in a shaded part of the yard, but were only a couple of inches high. This year the yard has been flood irrigated, and there are large plants, mostly the yellow flowering clovers and a few vetch, and tiny new plants starting where the flow is taking them. There are lots of insects on them and crickets singing from inside the patch. I was glad that they still germinated when conditions were right, even after sitting with a bunch of ants nearby for over a year. Getting very large and vigorous for New Mexico."

This Seed Mix Looks Nothing like Photos

"This was bare ground, so it is covering the soil however I planted this pollinator mix along with white and crimson clover and they are completely smothered. Not a flower in sight."

Z (1/5)

So disappointed

"Up date. Planted this in our garden in October hoping to help enrich the soil. It came up and grew to less than an inch tall. It is early May now and nothing there at all. Very disappointed."

Cathy (1/5)

So far so good

"Cover crop was planted very late in the fall. Approximately 75% had come up before it turned cold. Will try to remember to update in the spring."

Cathy (4/5)

Looks like the seed is all starting to pop up.

"I was excited to receive the pollinator mix. After seeding, we got dumped on with rain and I was concerned the seed had been washed away. Luckily it looks like a lot remained as it is starting to pop up. Have already ordered more to fill in areas washed away."
