"Disappointed. Started several purchases in my green house. Zinnias great, cone flowers great, black eyed Susan's great. . . golden hour and mammoth sunflowers have not sprouted in over 3 weeks. 0% germination with over 140 planted"
Bask in the glow of late-summer magic with our Golden Hour Sunflower Seed Mix—a radiant blend of tall, multi-colored sunflowers that captures all the warmth, drama, and beauty of the setting sun. This dazzling mix features bold blooms in golden yellow, deep red, burnt orange, and rich bronze, with each towering stem offering not just a visual spectacle, but a valuable resource for pollinators and birds alike.
As the blooms fade and seed heads form, goldfinches, chickadees, cardinals, and jays will flock to feast, turning your garden into a living, fluttering portrait of seasonal transition. These sunflowers don’t just bloom—they host, nourish, and celebrate life. Whether you’re planting to support wildlife, to fill your garden with color, or simply to bring joy to anyone passing by, this mix is a showstopper from midsummer through fall.
Sunflowers are famously easy to grow and thrive in full sun with minimal fuss, making this mix perfect for beginners and seasoned gardeners alike. Sow them along fences, the back of borders, or anywhere you want to create a glowing backdrop of towering blooms that sway in the breeze and smile at the sky.
With the Golden Hour Sunflower Seed Mix, you’re not just planting flowers—you’re planting a golden moment, stretched across your garden, alive with beauty, birdsong, and bees.
