I am trying to convert

"I am trying to convert an embankment from Canadian Thistle to a variety of wildflowers. After several years of trying I think I am making some headway. Our climate is dry and the soil is not the best so getting anything to grow is a challenge. I have purchased wildflower seed from American Meadows several times now and have been very pleased with the product and the service. Thank you."

Growing gloriously in central Texas

"Did my best to solarize my front yard and then planted the seeds late, in May. I do have weeds growing with the flowers but nothing natural is perfect. The glorious meadow is blooming like mad and I get so many compliments! My yard has a slope, and though I did use a roller to press the seeds down, subsequent rain and irrigation did move the seed downhill a bit, so I purchased more seed and planted the uphill section again in July. Hopefully I get good germination despite the Austin heat. Lots of these flowers have already gone to see and I share with friends. Love my front yard now!!!"

Disappointed ☹️

"I purchased the perennial Beauty Wildflower Mix and was looking forward to a mixed diversity of wild flower mixes and colors. What I got was 95% black eyed Susans. They are pretty, but if that's what I wanted, I would have just bought a pack of Rudibecias ."

SMM (2/5)

Just weeds. Huge disappointment.

"For several years, I have planted a wildflower pollinator patch in our parking strip with beautiful results. This year, we decided to try the Perennial Beauty Wildflower Seed Mix. As always, we weeded thoroughly and prepared the soil before planting. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We have very few wildflowers and lots of yellow foxtail weeds. These weeds have no flowers, so they're not beneficial for pollinators at all, and our patch looks terrible. Would not recommend."

AJW (1/5)

A lovely collection for Pollinators of all kinds!

"This is a easy to plant seed mix that responds well to morning watering best. A beautiful collection that gives blooms that please Pollinators of all kinds. Makes lovely borders and works great in large pots. Spreads well for broadcast planting. Blooms are fragrant and make lovely cut arrangements. I keep mine in place for wildlife to enjoy and feed from. Easy to care for and self seeding. This is the third time I've used this collection for areas around my gardens. Thank you very much!"

Irish (5/5)

Hardly anything grew.

"Hardly anything grew. Planted in the prime of May, as I do every year. I'm just getting a few flowers now. I seeded in a few small areas. some sun, some shade. It didn't make a difference."

CCgirl (1/5)

Tough year for wild flowers

"The perennial flowers are not even blooming. Not sure if the rain and heat have impacted them this year. First time having a problem with your seeds"

Mark (5/5)

Wonderful variety!

"Great success!"
