Nothing has bloomed

"I had high hopes for this Monarch Butterfly Wildflower Seed Mix, but I'm extremely disappointed with the results. Despite following all the instructions and properly preparing the area, barely anything has bloomed. It's been months since planting, and there's not a single flower in sight. I took great care to choose to prepare a spot, remove existing vegetation, and prepare the soil as directed. I watered regularly and waited patiently, expecting to see a beautiful array of wildflowers that would attract monarch butterflies to my garden. Instead, all I got was bare soil and wasted time and effort."

Yes. I plan to expand the new garden to 3X this size next sp

"Turning my large back yard into wild flower garden. Less mowing and good as a wild life habitat in our area."

Just waiting for the Monarchs now!

"We just started this year, but I will definitely be buying more as we expand out pollinator gardens. #sweepstakes"

I will continue to buy from American Meadows

"The plants grew fast and some were flowering after 7 weeks. Most of the plants have continued to grow and thrive even in the extreme South TX heat. This year (2023) has been exceptionally hot and I've been having to water the wildflowers daily. You see I planted them in metal raised beds and not in ground. It's August now and the Sunflowers are thriving. The beautiful colorful Zinnias are still blooming too, but the August sun is scorching leaves. The Cosmos aren't fairing as well due to the heat. There are other plants that are blooming though, I'm just not sure of their names. This year's wildflowers exceeded my expectations and I'm excited to see what pops up next year."

Had blooms all summer

"Planted in February by tossing by hand over an area cleared for electric right-of-way. Didn't prepare planting area. Just used tracks made by electric company equipment. Cosmos started first followed by black-eyed susans. More started popping up that I couldn't even name. I still have blooms at end of August. Makes beautiful bouquets as well as flowering meadow."

Lazy G. (5/5)

So happy!

"There are so many varieties of beautiful flowers I feel like a see a new one everyday. The blooms are endless. This wildflower area in my yard is my favorite and has tons of bees, butterflies and Hummingbirds. Gorgeous and peaceful. We prepped the area well before planting, followed the instructions and watered appropriately."

Our Sunflower Field is Glowing Bright

"Created a Sunflower & Wildflower field for the neighborhood to enjoy and of course the pollination- Bees, Butterflies, Birds, critters."

Mel (5/5)

Very nice

"I have an 80-square-foot area beside a traditional garden that seemed perfect for wildflowers. I wasn't expecting much the first year, but I've got a few dozen flowers after two months. They're mainly zinnias — which I'm fine with and a variety of colors — but I've also had Shasta daisies, cornflowers, showy milkweed and cosmos. Knowing my history I over-seeded and may have to thin the plot a bit, but I'm already looking forward to next year."

Dave (5/5)

Wonderful Seed Mix!

"I planted these seeds at the end of May. I followed the instructions and voila! I'm seeing so many blooms and the plants are so mature already! The only con is that the deer really love them too."
